| Martin & June Jackson (W Mids): June and I really liked the apartment - it was ideal and we spent a very enjoyable week in Oroklini. We visited the local restaurant you suggested (Bopeas) on two occasions and tried the "Mezze". We counted almost 20 dishes! I have left their card in the apartment. We also went to the catholic church in Larnaca on Saturday night, I have left your sheet with the mass details in the apartment. Most days we visited Zorba's bakery, spent a couple of hours by the pool, which was also much appreciated, then went to explore the island by car. We visited the monastery way up high in the hills, past Limassol. We also went to St Lazarus church and several nice beaches. We had a short stop in Agia Napa, during the day! We would be pleased to recommend this penthouse apartment in Oroklini - it was clean, spacious, with all possible amenities. We hope to come back next year at some point. |

| Janet & Phil Saker: David and Helena are a very friendly and reliable couple who provide us with an excellent property management service. They keep us informed every step of the way while letting out our apartment and carry out regular security checks which is very reassuring. Shortly after we had taken over our apartment there was a leak which flooded the bathroom. David and Helena noticed this on one of their checks and mopped up all the water and arranged for the builders to return and fix the leak. For that alone we will be forever grateful. We would strongly recommend their services. |

| Elaine Smith: Helena and David have been managing my villa on Larnaca Bay and I cannot speak too highly of them. They even identified and addressed a security problem with the villa before they were contractually obligated to do so! They have been very flexible in providing the exact service I require on a regular basis – and at very competitive prices. Regular checks inside and outside of the property are important and I have peace of mind in knowing that they will be undertaken thoroughly and that, if there is a problem, they will sort it out. This I can vouch for at first hand! Living in the UK for most of the time, I was finding it difficult to find suitable people to undertake jobs in the villa and to be on hand when they visit. Now, Helena and David arrange and oversee this work and, as a qualified electrical and mechanical engineer, David is also well-placed to undertake a range of skilled jobs himself. I would thoroughly recommend them as a most pleasant and effective team, who give generously of their time to provide an excellent service. |

Having had two visits to Cyprus this year we feel well positioned to offer our comments about the services offered by Dave and Helena of Palm View Cyprus. Both the apartments we have used in Orokolini, organised by Palm View, were exactly as advertised on the website. In addition, the car hire agent recommended by Palm View (Stavros Koukounis) offers a level of service never seen in the UK these days. For local restaurants, the Grada up the road takes some beating and the Ganga Indian is superb. We would not hesitate to recommend Palm View for your next holiday and we will definitely return to Orokolini next year. |

This is the second time we have stayed at Helena and Dave's penthouse apartment in Oroklini, this time returning with our friends. We so enjoyed our first visit, we can all honestly say it won't be our last. From the warm and friendly greeting to the sad and tearful farewell, we loved absolutely every minute of our time there in their truly first class accommodation. The penthouse itself is very well appointed to the highest standard in every room, but it is the wonderful sun terrace that is always the highlight for us. Being south facing it offers you an idyllic private refuge to while away the hours in the hot Cyprus sun before retiring to the wonderfully air conditioned bedrooms for that all important Cypriot Siesta when it gets a bit hot! |

Fantastic restaurants that we have to recommend: The Grada for a traditional Cypriot meal just up the road, it's walking distance and the Mezza is a must. For desserts, sweet tooths beware! The Bakery up the road is lethal but delicious. For fish and chips best on the island try the Dhekelia Army base. Although here for a short time, we fell in love with Cyprus and have bought a property here. |
