- New property report
Palm View Property Management can prepare a New Property Report for clients who wish to keep up-to-date with the progress of the property in Cyprus they are purchasing.
- Standard arrival and departure clean
Before guest arrival and upon guest departure, Palm View Property Management will thoroughly clean your property.
- Key holding and security checks
Palm View Property Management will undertake a monthly service to ensure your property is regularly checked and any problems resolved without delay.
- Laundry
Palm View Property Management can provide a quality laundry service for all bed linen and towels.
- Welcome packs
Upon arrival in Cyprus, welcome packs are always appreciated by guests; standarad packs are available, extra items can be ordered by request.
- Courtesy visit
Palm View Property Management will visit your guests within 24 hours of their arrival in Cyprus to ensure that they are comfortable, and to answer any questions they may have.
- Mid-let clean
The mid-let clean service is for those guests who have booked for two weeks. Palm View Property Management can offer this service as a ‘maid service’ where it can be arranged for mid-stay, or your guests can request this additional option. Payment can be made locally.
- Airport transfer
Palm View Property Management can arrange for the transfer of you or your guests from airport to holiday home.
- Car hire
Palm View Property Management can recommend reliable car hire at competitive rates which include comprehensive insurance. You will be greeted at the airport on arrival, given the keys to your car and, for your guests, they will be given directions to your property

Property management registration
For an annual fee, Palm View Property Management will advertise your property and fully manage all bookings. Our sister company, Palm View Cyprus Holiday Rentals, will feature your property on its web site, displaying up-to-date availability calendars and tariffs together with a detailed description and photographs of your Cyprus holiday home. |
